Lease Key points include:

• Hangars must be approved by the club and built to a minimum standard.

• DA and legal approvals are required.

• The hangar must only be used for aviation related purposes.

• No residential accommodation is allowed.

• Hangar owners are responsible for all earthworks taxiway and road preparation to the clubs requirements.

• Owners must be members of the Jindabyne Aero Club and comply with its Constitution Rules and By-Laws.

• Otherwise normal license conditions apply.
